Mega Man has been a part of videogame pop-culture since his debut way back in 1987. Since his inception, by the imaginative and brilliant Keiji Inafune, Mega Man (known as Rockman in Japan - named after "rock" music) has gone on to star in dozens of videogames. The original storyline contains ten different games itself, while some of the more popular branching stories (including the much darker Mega Man X, Battle Network, and Mega Man Zero) contain many sequels of their own. Bandai and Tamashii Nations have already given us an awesome line of D-Arts figures based on the aforementioned Mega Man X series, but this particular figure is based on Mega Man's first appearance in the original storyline, and what a figure it is!

Without a doubt this figure has just about everything a fan could ask for in a Mega Man figure. If you are familiar with the D-Arts Mega Man X figures, then you will know what to expect. Although this version of Mega Man stands slightly shorter than the X... Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars My fav Megaman, January 7, 2013

Finally! My item arrive 2 days ago and I can say it is as good as I expected. Great detail, colour & articulation. The fact it also include Rush and Met makes it even worth getting! While I certainly buy action figure for display purpose, this figure is not fragile as some action figure out there so you could easily change the pose whenever you want it. I have the old Model kit of Megaman Iron buster and Rush from 1998, it looks great for its time but this one certainly looks miles better!

I grew up in 80's and Rockman/Megaman is part of my childhood, especially Megaman 1-4 and I still play all the newer Megaman that comes after that so when they announced this figure months ago I pre order it as soon as possible. I have all the Megaman X d-arts series but his classic original Megaman will always be my fav, again because its one of very first video game I ever played! (along with Mario, Zelda & Metroid off course).

Now I'm hoping for D-arts of Protoman & Bass!

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Megaman toy out there, December 30, 2012

am just writing this to let you know that this toy is much better than the previous D-arts toys, much durable and Rush feels good its not hollow as I thought it would be neither Met, oh and you can take out Met's helmet you can place it like if he would when blocking Mega's attacks. Megaman is shorter than X by about a head. seriously though, this is by far the best Megaman Toy ever made.
*This review is based on the japanese version. Happy 25th Rock and to all the fans :)
